Three Special Editions to satisfy your intellectual craving

This week True North Perspective will publish three Special Editions to highlight comment on significant developments that affect us all.

The first is an interview with Congressman Dennis Kucinich by Maya Schenwar, an editor and reporter for truthout, a sister publication based in the United States. Congressman Kucinich introduced a new article of impeachment against President George W. Bush in the House of Representatives last Thursday.

In a single, pointed resolution, Congressman Kucinich charged the president with lying to Congress about the presence of weapons of mass destruction (WMDs) in Iraq, in order to obtain permission for a U.S. attack.

The interview by Maya Schenwar has been videod. A must for anyone seriously interested in understanding the villainous action that has led to the world crisis we now face, the tens of thousands of dead and dying, the economic disaster. To his ever-lasting credit Congressman Kucinich explains his reasons for impeachment in a calm and informative manner.

His approach and determination and his proposals for world peace and prosperity inspire hope for the future.

Please take time to read and listen.

On Wednesday we’ll have a special edition on the American economy that penetrates Washington’s smoke and mirrors. On Thursday a special edition that will have a review of a new book by Fidel Castro entitled My Life that provides a look at Fidel Castro and modern Cuba from the inside out.

All three are substantial contributions that will be intellectually enriching.

Looking forward
